Vacancy for Specialist: Release and Testing Management

Zain Nigeria Job: The Release Management function takes a holistic view of Changes to IT services, considering all aspects of a Release both technical and non-technical. Release Management is responsible for all legal and contractual obligations for all hardware and software in use within the organization. In order to achieve this and protect the IT assets, Release Management establishes secure environments for both hardware in the Definitive Hardware Store (DHS) and software in the Definitive Software Library (DSL).
Requirement for suitable candidates: Qualification
A good university first degree in Computer Science or related degree from a reputable university.
Project Management Certification desirable
Testing Certification essential
ITIL Foundation or Managers desirable
Experience
4 years post NYSC experience
2 years in Customer Facing or Service Environment
Or 2 years IT Support / Technical Experience
2 years Project Management exposure
