Accountabilities
Preparation of correspondence, file maintenance, appointment scheduling and telephone communication with clients.
Organizing the Manager’s schedule and calendar.
Travel scheduling, maintaining calendars, organize and facilitate meetings for Manager.
Set up and update business contacts data and keep a systematic filing system on potentials projects.
Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Manager in planning, coordinating and tracking of all his activities.
Coordinate and arrange appointments for the Manager including meetings, company events, social functions, and confirmation of flights and accommodation.
Monitor and manage incoming calls, information and correspondence.
Handling official documents and responsible for preparation of the Manager’s correspondence letters, reports, minutes and presentation of packages.
Education
B.Sc or HND in Secretarial Studies
Work Experience
Cognate experience in Administrative functions for at least 3 – 5 years

POSITION: MAINTENANCE ENGINEER – AVIONICS & IFE SYSTEMS

DUTIES:Perform maintenance, preventive maintenance, and alterations to aircraft avionics and electrical systems.

Perform maintenance, preventive maintenance, and alterations to In-flight Entertainment (IFE) systems including:
Troubleshooting electronic units, cabling or seat consoles in which failures occur down to the line replaceable modules, using knowledge of electronic theory.

Accomplishment of necessary repairs to restore functional acceptance, which may require the removal and replacement of defective line replaceable modules and/or cabling.

Carry out on job training of other maintenance personnel.

Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisors or upper management

Qualifications European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) Category B2 Maintenance Engineer’s License or ICAO equivalent; plus 3 years experience in avionics and electrical maintenance of new generation aircraft, including maintenance of new technology IFE systems. Experience on Panasonic and Thales IFE system/s will be an added advantage. (Type training on Arik IFE systems will be provided) .

POSITION: LICENSED ENGINEERS - EASA B2

LOCATION: LAGOS - NIGERIA ATTRACTIVE SALARY & BENEFITS PACKAGE - ROTATION 8 WEEKS ON 2 WEEKS OFF
We are seeking experienced type rated engineers with a minimum of 5 years line maintenance experience on B737-700. Candidates will be able to perform trouble-shooting and rectify the defects (not only wheel and brake unit changes, adding oils, refueling aircraft, removing/installing components). We call them “maintenance controller” or “maintenance inspector” in airline environment. Your licenses must be European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) approved. We work in conjunction with Lufthansa Quality team and therefore your licenses and training certificates need to meet EASA requirements.

CAPTAINS:

Requirements: We are looking for Type Rating Examiners (TRE0 on type. Captains need a minimum of 5000hrs; at least 2000 on jet & 1000hrs currently on type.

FIRST OFFICERS:

Requirements: Applicants should have at least 2000hrs on Jet and a current rating of 500hrs on type. First class medicals required. Pilots with Jet experience may be type-rated on commercial terms.

ENGINEERS:

Requirements: Candidates with JAR B1/B2 or equivalent licence and certified on type; with at least five (5) years experience. Enigeers with Jet experience may be type rated on commercial terms.

STATION MANAGERS:

OPERATION OFFICERS:

Requirements: Candidates should have a B.Sc degree or its equivalent with a science background. Relevant experience of at least three (3) years. Age should not be above 40.

CABIN INSTRUCTOR/PURSERS:

Requirements: Candidates should be licenced (NCAA), have a minimum of HND or University degree, height 5ft 6in with a relevant experience. Ability to speak French is an advantage.
