As an HR Analyst, you will provide professional advice and counsel to management on the full range of people and organizational issues. You will work closely with managers in the various business units to address people-related aspects of business decisions, as well as provide policy development and advice to all levels of management.
As an HR Analyst, your responsibilities may include:
A broad exposure to the development, monitoring and improvement of HR policies, practices and programs
Project work on specialized topics in areas such as compensation, benefits, staffing and development, and workplace policy
Provision of advisory service and support to business unit management and employees in areas such as: workforce planning, performance management, compensation, recruitment, employment equity, workplace diversity, and industrial relations
The Candidate:
The successful candidate will come from a multinational background, used to work in a constantly changing environment in a multi-site operation and have experience in working in the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate profile At least a 2.1 degree in Human Resources Management/Industrial Relations or Business Administration/Commerce with a specialization or demonstrated interest in HR-related topics
Applicants to this position should have a maximum of 2 years post NYSC work experience within a professional HR function; Proven analytical and leadership skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; An ability to work effectively in a team environment is critical TM

Mechanical Engineer FSN-10*; FP-05*
The incumbent serves as the Senior Mechanical Engineer providing professionalengineering services through planning, design, estimating and technical review ofconstruction/renovation projects for the US Embassy in Abuja Nigeria.
He or she will be responsible for the preparations of specifications, drawings, list of materials andconstruction cost estimates. Although a team of other engineers manages the nonroutine, unusual or unprecedented, moderate complex maintenance operations for US Government owned buildings, equipment, facilities and associated grounds, incumbent will be the lead technical authority to the FM and Post Management for mechanical engineering-related services. these include fire suppression system, 215 ons of chilled water system, blowers ranging form 5 to 75 HP in size. Architects
Candidates will need a good intellectual ability, especially mathematical and numerical abilities. Candidates will need at least 5 years of Architectural experience and relevant degree and certifications.
Civil Engineer
Candidates will be resposible for: Supervision of Construction; coordination of site activities; ensuring compliance to specifications; development of new methods of construction; preparation of work programs & liaising with consultants and clients on all project issues.
Candidate must possess a Minimum B.Sc/HND in Civil Engineering or Building with 5 years experience.
Quantity Surveyors : As a quantity surveyor you would play a key role in a building project, managing the costs from the early design plans right through to the building’s completion.
Candidates will be carrying out feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs; negotiating and drawing up bids for tenders and contracts; monitoring each stage of construction to make sure that costs are in line with forecasts etc
Candidates must have a Degree in Surveying/Building, 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor and professional certifications with NIQS.
